The price displayed is for each 25 minutes session. The lessons are conversation lessons and each lesson is made up of 20 slides. Each slide has images, vocabulary, essential knowledge and conversation questions. The amount of slides covered depends on each student - some students will speak more than other students. For example, if in a 25 min 10 slides are completed, then when the student books another lesson, the lesson will continue from slide 11. If another student compltes all 20 slides in a 25 minute lesson (not really possible), then the next lesson in the course will start immediately.

Longevity: The Science and Practice of Living Well for Longer

Longevity is a 10-lesson course designed for intermediate and upper-intermediate English learners (B1 and B2) who want to build speaking confidence while exploring the science of health, longevity, and well-being. This course is ideal for individual learners who want to improve their English through meaningful, real-world topics. Each lesson runs for 25 minutes and introduces one key vocabulary word, a short and accessible explanation, and two discussion questions — one general and one connecting to a real-life experience — so learners are always speaking and applying what they learn. Lessons follow a consistent 20-slide format with life-like 3D images and scenario or debate slides every fourth slide. The course begins with the foundations of longevity and healthspan, then progresses through nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, social connection, healthy habits, prevention, mental stimulation, and healthy aging in the modern world. By the end of the course, learners will be able to discuss health, longevity, and well-being with greater fluency, use new vocabulary in natural conversation, and express their thoughts and opinions with clarity and confidence.
