Can you say Mommy?” (Encourage repetition.) • Introduce two simple action words: • “Jump! Can you jump like a bunny?” (Encourage movement.) • “Eat! Let’s pretend to eat a yummy apple!” (Pretend to eat.) • Praise any response: “Great job! You’re so smart!”
3. Let’s Play: What’s This? (5 minutes) • Show a flashcard or hold up a real object (e.g., a toy or drawing). • Ask: “What is this?” and encourage the child to guess. • If they don’t know, say the word and repeat together. • Use fun voices or sounds (e.g., “A dog says woof woof!”).
