(3 minutes) • Wave and say an excited “Hello!” with a big smile. • Use a virtual prop (e.g., a puppet, toy, or a fun character on the screen) to say “Hello” again. • Ask: “Can you wave and say hello?” (Encourage the child to respond.) • Sing a short Hello Song with simple movements (e.g., clapping, waving).
2. Fun with Words: My Family & Actions (5 minutes) • Show simple pictures of family members (Mommy, Daddy, Baby) using on-screen visuals or digital flashcards. • Say: “This is Mommy. Can you say Mommy?” (Encourage repetition.) • Introduce two simple action words: • “Jump! Can you jump like a bunny?” (Encourage movement.) • “Eat! Let’s pretend to eat a yummy apple!” (Pretend to eat.) • Praise any response: “Great job! You’re so smart!”
3. Let’s Play: What’s This? (5 minutes) • Show a flashcard or hold up a real object (e.g., a toy or drawing). • Ask: “What is this?” and encourage the child to guess. • If they don’t know, say the word and repeat together. • Use fun voices or sounds (e.g., “A dog says woof woof!”).
