This is a package of three 20-minute lessons that can be used for either my training or stretching lessons.☺ My usual lessons are 20 minutes long, but you’ll get a 25 minute long lesson here!
Yoga helps to develop flexible and resilient muscles to prevent aging. For those who want to keep their bodies young and firm, and their skin free of wrinkles and sagging. Dietary advice is also available upon request.
