This lesson pack contains :
1x Nutrition Consultation - 1 Hour
This is a Skype lesson in which I will discuss your eating habits with you and make personalised comments and suggestions to improve your health and vitality with your nutrition.
4x Personal Training Sessions - 1 Hour EACH
I will create a tailored exercise programme for you based around your past, your current exercise experience (if anything), your preferences and your worklife - as well as your goals and dreams for the future. We will perform 4x 1 hour sessions together over Skype, in which I will teach you your programme and ensure you are performing it safely and correctly. Each week the programme will progress depending on your performance in the previous week. This structure is designed to help you achieve noticeable differences in less than one month.
1x Customised Healthy Food Shopping List - 1x Word Document
I will create a healthy shopping list for you to bring with you every time you go to the supermarket. This will be based on your goals, needs, likes, dislikes and also where you are located in the world.
This lesson must be used in conjunction with an Initial Health and Fitness Consultation for me to create the most suitable and beneficial programme for you.
