こんにちは！
JAHA認定リトル＆キッズヨガインストラクターのたにぐちです！
本格的なヨガのポーズで、
楽しくいろんな動物に変身してみよう！
キッズヨガはお子さんだけでも参加OKですし、おうちの人も一緒に参加してもOKです！
体が硬いからヨガは無理かな…？とか、完璧にヨガのポーズをできないといけない！
とかはありません☆
キッズヨガに必要なのは、
楽しくイメージしてなりきること！です＾＾
みんなで楽しくヨガしましょう☆

キッズヨガは、３歳から１０歳のお子さま対象です！
必要なものは、
ヨガマット
飲み物
です。
キッズヨガの時は裸足でします☆
