【Class discription】
If you are either phisically or mentally tired, stressed or overwhelmed, this class gives you a space to rest, heal and relax. We will aim to be at a state of conciousness between waking and sleeping, in which the body is completely relaxed. We will focus on deep slow breath and move our body slowly in a healing way without any standing posture. We will learn to let go of tension both phisically and mentally, just take it easy and relax. I recommend you to creat the most confortable space for you, turning down lights, prepare for pillow, blanket, any yoga props, and If you like candle or incense, feel free to set them next to you. Please use this time for yourself. Expect to feel released, relaxed, healed, calm and happy. I hope to see you in the class! (There is also 60mins Full class!)
