In a short period of time, you'll notice changes in your "sensitivity to Qi, amount of Qi, energy, and temperament," allowing you to break free from the whirlpool of emotions and thoughts! 
 
This is a technique of "Samatha (止) and Vipassana (観)." 
 

           

          
★ Lesson: Select Zoom 
 
The lesson is conducted with the "Instructor: Japanese / Student: Native language." 
 
The translation function of Zoom will be used. Students can choose the language they wish to speak. 
 
The instructor's Japanese will be displayed as subtitles at the bottom of the screen. 
 
 
★ This Qigong lesson uses mainly breathing techniques. 
 
It is performed while seated in a chair,relaxed. 
 
Since it does not involve exercise or strenuous physical movements, it is suitable for all ages. 
 
 
★ Lesson Content (45 minutes): The Qi cultivated during the practice will be remotely transferred to your chakras. As this process is repeated, the quality and strength of your Qi will have gradually increasing. 
                      

            

 
 
The most important thing for the human body is to have a full and strong flow of Qi in the lower  abdomen. When you get caught up in the whirlpool of emotions and thoughts, it’s often due to a lack of Qi in this area. 
 
We start by focusing on the second chakra, located 4 cm below the navel, and infuse it with Qi. 
 
This lesson is designed to help you build up a large amount of "Qi" and learn to control it. You will master specific breathing and breath control techniques using the "Yin Qi". 
 
"Yin Qi" is the basic stage where you begin to use Qi practically. It thickens your Qi meridians (the energy pathways) and increases the amount of Qi. It’s also known as "Water Breathing," because just as you need water to cook or a racket to play tennis, the first step is to increase the amount of Qi you have. 
 
As your Qi increases, it will develop into energy and eventually into a refined temperament.  
 

     

                               
 
The lesson will end with meditation, guiding you into a state of "altered consciousness" using special meditation breathing techniques. 
 
 
By mastering this state of consciousness, you’ll be able to maintain a "calm and focused mind" in your daily life. 
 
Through "abundant Qi" and "meditation," your mind will become centered, which is the "key" to living your life. 
 
 
The lesson will primarily focus on the following breathing techniques: 
 
1:Breathing techniques to activate Qi 
 
2:Breathing techniques to lead into meditation 


The experience may vary from person to person. 
By relaxing, focusing on your breath and body, and observing yourself, you’ll gradually gain various insights.
