Vorrei imparare Japanese .

I am very interested in learning Japanese. I have hiragana and katakana knowledge and know a lot of the basic grammar structures, so I'm not a true beginner. However, I'm still quite a low level and don't have much confidence.

I live in Japan and would like to focus on real, natural Japanese rather than textbook Japanese.

출근전 짧은 시간 같이 공부할 수 있는 선생님을 찾고 있습니다! 영어는 토익이나 문법적인 부분만 공부해왔고 회화는 조금씩 했지만 아직도 초보네요ㅠ
모든 문장을 완벽하게 말하지 못해도
한마디라도 발음이나 억양을 외국인처럼 말하고 싶습니다! 레슨 시간동안 많은 것을 공부하지 않아도 괜찮고 친구처럼 친근하게 가르쳐주실 선생님과 공부하고 싶습니다

Docker、GitLab、Jenkins、などの英語マニュアルを読めるようになりたいです。
英語のレベルは英検2級は持っていますが、英会話はほとんどできません。
英文を読むのは、単語の意味がわかるものであれば、かろうじて大体の内容を把握できる程度です。

I am looking for a writing tutor for my 4th grade son who goes to a public school in US. He needs to get ready for Independent School Entrance Exam essay witch will be administered year. He does have a great imagination and lots of idea but just needs help to articulate them into words. Since his first language is Japanese, it will be a plus if you teach in Japanese but it's not a must.

時間帯は平日の火曜、水曜、金曜の10時から12時くらいまで
生後6か月の小さな子がいます
韓国語は独身時代に4年間韓国人講師に教わった経験あり
しかし7年くらいブランクがあります
できる韓国語中級1の途中まで勉強したことあるので、言っていることはなんとなくはわかります。
しかし自分が会話するのが苦手です。
書くのも苦手意識があります。
ゆっくり楽しく勉強したいです。

2021年1月に家族で渡韓してきた日本人です。韓国語を独学で勉強し始めて、オンライングループレッスンも（週に３時間）追加して1年くらいになりますが、まったく話せるようになりません。文法は初級はほぼ頭に入っておりますが、決まった言い回しや単語をアウトプットできるほどは記憶していないこと（読んだり聞いたりするぶんには理解できる）、アウトプットできる環境や時間をとれないのが話せない原因だと思っています。自分のlearning styleはよくわかっていて、とにかくとりあえずは訓練（パターンを覚える、単語の暗記）のみ、だと（今の時点では）思っています。英語も話せるので、英語でのレッスンでもよいです。
