Hello! I'm a Korean tutor, SEOYEON. It's been 4 years already since I met my students on Cafetalk. From students who start studying the Korean alphabet to students who speak Korean better than I do, I have tried to provide broad and in-depth classes to my students, and the time has provided nourishment for the growth of not only the students but also myself. My goal is to emphasize that "Korean and Japanese are similar but they are different" so that students can learn in a fun and easy way. I understand studying Korean is not easy. I've been studying Japanese for nearly 20 years, and I've been in a slump many times throughout my study. The reason I did not give up was not because of any grandiose reasons, but because of the sense of accomplishment that comes from “the joy of hearing, understanding, and speaking a foreign language.” I believe that studying foreign languages is not just for academic purposes, but it expands your perspective on the world and enriches your life. ‘Foreign language’ showed me various options and paths, and enriched my life. It is not an easy path, but I will do my best as an instructor to guide you so that you too can experience this joy and move forward without giving up. Thank you for your continuous support.
