Introduction
My name is Melissa Naidoo and I am a native English speaker from South Africa. I am a bubbly, friendly, and fun person who loves meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I have a passion for teaching and I am currently changing my profession from finance to education.

Experience
I have online and face-to-face teaching experience. I have been teaching English online since 2020 and I have taught students from various countries and with various learning levels from beginner (A1) to advanced (C2).

Qualifications
I possess a 120-Hour Tefl certificate as well as I am a B.Ed final-year student.

Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy of education is that all people are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. I want to create an atmosphere where students can meet their full potential. I will provide a safe, comfortable, fun, educational, and stimulating environment where you can share your ideas and take risks.

I feel that we can have a more engaging lesson if you have your camera on during a lesson, however, if you prefer it off I understand as well, once you feel more comfortable you're welcome to turn on your camera.
