Nice to meet you!
My name is Atsuko, and I work as a company employee while working as a yoga instructor.
 
I started practicing yoga when I happened to go to a hot yoga studio in my neighborhood when I felt I was not getting enough exercise.
By the time I realized that I was into yoga, I was so immersed that I got certified as a yoga instructor while working as an office worker for both as a hobby and as practical means.
Although I have only been teaching yoga for a year and a half, I believe that I can provide practical yoga suitable for office workers and lessons that are easy to follow even for beginners.

⭐️I offer the following lessons⭐️
Yoga... I focus on poses that allow you to move in a relaxed manner while observing your body and mind, but if you want to move your body actively, I will adjust the content of the lesson according to your request and consultation.
 
Breathing Technique...Observe and adjust your body and mind while practicing traditional Hatha Yoga purification and breathing techniques.
 
Meditation... In combination with breathing exercises, the lesson provides time for relaxation and quiet reflection on the mind, while the mindfulness meditation lesson cultivates calmness, strength, and stability to live better each day in an awakened state of awareness.
 
*A combination of yoga, breathing, and meditation (30 or 45 minutes)
 
*Mini-lesson combining breathing and meditation (20 minutes)
 
*Mindfulness meditation (20 minutes)
 
*Yoga and breathing exercises before bedtime (30 minutes) *Only available on Saturday, Sunday and holiday nights
