Hello. 

My name is Michelle. I am a native English speaker from South Africa.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Education, which I obtained at the University of Herftfordshire, in the UK

and I have a 120 hour advanced TEFL certificate. 

I moved to China to teach English, and this is where I really discovered my love for teaching English as a second language. I'm currently living in Serbia where I taught English at an International school and training centre for adults. I really learnt a lot from this job, especially how to create a student centred lesson. When it comes to my teaching style, I always make sure my students have fun. I love to watch my students grow in confidence and ability. 

In my lessons you can expect:

  • to have fun while learning, because we learn so much better when we enjoy what we learn. 
  • challenging lessons, so you are always growing. 
  • to have a relaxed and comfortable enviroment, which enhances learning.
