Hi! I'm Janine and I invite you to try my class! I've been living in Japan since 2021 and as a language learner myself (currently studying Japanese), I have a student perspective on how can a teacher help a student learn a language. I want my teacher to be clear and concise with her explanation and I want a teacher that's comfortable to talk with even with my little knowledge of the language. I strive to be this kind of teacher for you.



Before moving to Japan, I am a marketing professional for 10 years back in my country. I used to do a lot of communication and media-related work.

For our class, you can expect to have:

>Short Introduction (5 minutes): Introduce yourself and your goal in studying English (Business Topic/ Daily Conversation). I will also introduce myself and share information on how I can help you with your goal.

> 3 NEW English Words (5 minutes): I will introduce 5 English words based on your chosen goal (Business Topic/ Daily Conversation). I will guide you on proper pronunciation and usage of the words.

>USE the 3 words in the conversation (10 minutes): I will create scenarios/suggest a topic where you can use the words.

>3 Questions (5 minutes): A short assessment to check the correct understanding of the new words.

*A review of the 3 words will be done in the next session.

Another option is for a free conversation where you can practice your English. I can help you improve by giving corrections on your grammar, and pronunciation and will be giving you some suggestions on words and phrases to use in different scenarios.
