About Me

Hello! I'm Teacher Keisha, a friendly and patient native English speaker with a 250-hour TEFL qualification. I'm excited to help students of different ages and English levels develop their skills and become more confident communicators!

I believe learning English should feel encouraging, engaging, and practical. Whether you're learning your first English words, improving your grammar, or working towards speaking more confidently, I'm here to support you along the way.

My background in cosmetology and running my own beauty business has helped me develop patience, communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with different people. I bring these qualities into my approach to teaching, making an effort to understand each learner's needs and goals.

What Can You Learn with Me?

Young Learners

Learning should be fun! I use pictures, gestures, Total Physical Response (TPR), simple activities, and rewards to help children stay engaged. We can practice phonics, vocabulary, pronunciation, and everyday English through interactive activities.

Teenagers

We can work on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational English. My goal is to help you express yourself more clearly, participate in conversations, and feel more confident using English.

Adults

Whether you want to improve your everyday communication, practice speaking, expand your vocabulary, or strengthen your grammar, we'll focus on practical English that you can use in real-life situations.

My Teaching Style

My teaching style is friendly, patient, and student focused. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where you can ask questions, practice at your own pace, and feel free to make mistakes.

I use visual aids, examples, repetition, and interactive activities to make lessons easier to follow. I also adapt my approach to suit your age, level, interests, and learning goals.
