Mineco-sensei and I have been reading 吾輩は猫である which is a book I have been very interested in for years now, but could never really understand by myself. Mineco-sensei always prepares thoroughly for each lesson. She makes slides with the words, phrases and grammar for each passage. She also researches the cultural background whenever there's a difficult part or idiom in the text, as well as prepares some sentences for me to read outloud as a practice. We always have a chat about the passage and every single lesson is a lot of fun. I really appreciate all of the work Mineco-sensei puts into lesson prep.

今まで他にもネイティブの先生から発音レッスンを受けたりもしましたが、どこが悪いのか、どう直せばいいのかわからないままでした。Nao先生は日本人の発音の癖や日本語の発声と英語の発声との違いを把握されていて、日本語でわかりやすく説明してくださるので、とても効果的なレッスンだと思います。

先生が教えてくださる英語がわかりやすいです。親子でレッスンしていますがとても楽しいです。

My first lesson with Yumi Sensei was great. She took the time to listen to my background and future goals with Japanese and catered to what I want to learn. She is a skilled teacher and has excellent English which was a great support when I was not sure how to explain what I wanted to say in Japanese.

TOPIKの攻略を丁寧に教えてもらえます。答えが合っていると盛り上げてくれてクイズ番組の様です。モチベーションを維持させてくれるので頑張れますね。

日頃の悩みに寄り添い、励ましてくれるので、話した後に心が軽くなります。

終了後、身体がスッキリします！

8月から5thと7thになる息子達が、週3〜4回ペースでお世話になってます。英検対策だったり、米国で年1にある州のテスト対策（ELAやMath）等、柔軟に対応していただいてます。分かりやすくて、優しくて、これからもずっとお願いしたいです。
