長年フランス語を学んでいますが、小説を読みながらネイティブの感情表現を学ぶ機会は初めてでした。同じ意味でも違う単語を使うというのは小説では常識的な表現ということもあり冒頭から同じ意味の単語が3つ連続登場しましたが、私は一つの単語しかわかりませんでした。教科書で学ぶ方法とは違い、物語の表現として語彙を学ぶのはとても楽しかったです。また、先生の解説により、その情景がありありと浮かび、とても感動したレッスンでした。独学ではこのように作品をじっくり味わえないと思うため、継続してレッスンを受けようと思います。レッスン後に朗読の音声と詳細なノートもいただけるので何度も聞いて復習もでき大変ありがたいです。私は緊張しやすいのですが、先生の雰囲気とご配慮でリラックスできています。先生は教えることがお好きなんだろな、ということが伝わってきます。フランス語を通してフランス文化に触れていたい、という私の希望にぴったりの先生だと思っています。

Mika-sensei's 25-minute beginner Japanese lesson is just the right length to avoid feeling overwhelmed but also to make solid progress. I've been taking this lesson weekly for the past few months and have noticed a huge improvement in my Japanese speaking skill and confidence. The lesson pack offers excellent value for those who are serious learners. I'm always impressed by Mika-sensei's warmth and her gentle, friendly manner, which makes me feel comfortable and at ease. She patiently waits for me to answer whenever I am stuck, which I appreciate so much! On top of all this, she uses excellent materials that allow me to practice new grammar points thoroughly, and to work at a steady pace. She also has a great ear, always bringing my attention to mistakes not only in my grammar but also my pronunciation - which is hugely important for an English learner of Japanese like me.
