INFORMAZIONI PERSONALI
Ciao a tutti! Mi chiamo Flavia, sono italiana e vivo in Giappone con mio marito e il nostro bassotto Crono! Insegno Italiano e Inglese su Cafetalk da più di 5 anni.
Amo questo lavoro perchè mi permette di conoscere tante persone provenienti da culture diverse: un'esperienza arricchente e che mi permette di imparare tante cose ogni giorno!
Il mio obbiettivo è creare una relazione amichevole con i miei studenti: credo che per migliorare le proprie abilità, sia importante provare a parlare il più possibile, senza preoccuparsi di commettere errori e comportandosi nella maniera più normale possibile, senza quel muro invisibile che divide studenti e insegnanti.
Non esiste fallimento quando si impara una lingua. Preferisco creare un ambiente piacevole e permettere ai miei studenti di imparare divertendosi: vi assicuro che i risultati si vedranno molto rapidamente.

PASSIONI
Amo l'arte, in particolar modo la musica, la pittura e la scultura. Suono il pianoforte da quando avevo 6 anni e negli anni ho imparato a suonare altri strumenti, come la chitarra e la betteria, anche se il mio primo amore resterà sempre il canto!

Ho anche praticato arti marziali: Ju-Jitsu (柔術) e Karate per oltre 20 anni. Dal 2009, sono stata atleta della Nazionale Italiana di Ju-Jitsu per quattro anni. Grazie alle arti marziali, credo fermamente nella disciplina e nella gentilezza.

LAVORO
Qualche anno fa ho lavorato a Tokyo come insegnante di conversazione Italiana e Inglese, dal livello base all’avanzato. Davo lezioni private anche in aziende per migliorare le abilità comunicative dei dipendenti.
Grazie a questa esperienza, ho potuto insegnare a persone con diverse abilità linguistiche: dai principianti che avevano appena iniziato a imparare Inglese o Italiano e volevano migliorare le loro abilità in maniera divertente e facile, fino a studenti di livello avanzato.

PERSONAL INFO
Hello everyone! My name is Flavia, I'm Italian and I live in Japan with my husband and our dachshund, Crono! I've been teaching Italian and English on Cafetalk for over 5 years.
I love this job because it allows me to meet so many people from different cultures: an enriching experience that allows me to learn so much every day!
My goal is to build a friendly relationship with my students: I believe that to improve your skills, it's important to try to speak as much as possible, without worrying about making mistakes and behaving as normally as possible, without that invisible barrier that separates students and teachers.
There's no such thing as failure when learning a language. I prefer to create a pleasant environment and allow my students to learn while having fun: I assure you, the results will be visible very quickly. ❤︎

PASSIONS
I love art, especially music, painting, and sculpture. I've been playing the piano since I was 6 years old, and over the years I've learned other instruments, like the guitar and drums, though my first love will always be singing!
I recently started dedicating myself to digital art! I post all my illustrations on Instagram!

JOB
A few years ago, I worked in Tokyo as an Italian and English conversation teacher, from beginner to advanced levels. I also gave private lessons to companies to improve their employees' communication skills.
Thanks to this experience, I was able to teach people with different language abilities: from beginners who had just started learning English or Italian and wanted to improve their skills in a fun and easy way, to advanced students.
