Hello!
I'm piano and eurhythmics teacher Shiori.
Due to the coronavirus, these days of instability continue, don't they?
We can't do lots of things we did before, like go out or enjoy group activities and I think there are many disappointed and stressed people.
How about trying some fun online music lessons with me?
♪You want a change of mood by singing songs
♪You want to move your body to the rhythm of the music
♪You want to hear your requested music performed
♪You want to chat with someone
and so on. I have lessons available in accordance with your wishes.
Many people seem to think the threshhold is high when they hear the word "lessons," but I welcome all people who are curious. Please use me as a music-loving older sister who you can have fun with or talk with.
【Lesson Plan】
●Music play for mother and child/eurythmics
Target age range：from 1 year old up
I tailor the classes to your wishes and age of your child, and we do things like music play, rhythm play, sung picture books, picture story shows and music quizzes and perfomances (for watching and listening).
For the things you like and want to do, leave it up to me!
●Recommended for seniors ♪Singing Cafe
Target age range：any age
I play accompaniment on the grand piano to your singing of your favourite songs!
I accept requests if you want to hear a different instrument or a particular song.
For those of you who like talking, let's have fun doing that!

Shiori Nakagawa
I run Shiori Piano in Mizunami city in Gifu prefecture. I currently have 54 students. With the motto of "Fostering the desire to make music a fun and lifelong activity," I enjoy teaching to a wide range of ages (3 to 70 years of age).
At the Mizunami Regional Exchange Center TOKIWA, I teach eurythmics to Senjunosatoai Nursery School, Senjunosatomorinoai Nursey School and Seiwa Nursery School.
I also work as accompaniment pianist for Kamado Women's chorus, MJC Mizunami Children's choir, and other chorus or vocal groups.
【About online instruction】
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, I stopped giving in-person lessons from March of 2020 and have been giving music lessons and lifestyle support online since then.
・Online piano, eurythmics lessons
・"Online Social" for piano class members
・Distribution of eurhythmics videos for nursery school teachers
・Requests for telephone conversation for those staying home
It can be difficult to hold real lessons online, but I want everyone to enjoy the time they spend at home to the utmost. I've heard from some students that because they wanted to convey the sound and feeling accurately to the teacher on the other side of the screen, their ability to perform and communicate has become better than when they were engaged in face-to-face lessons.

At the community centre Mizunami Regional Exchange Center TOKIWA, I've been an assistant and piano accompanist for the singing cafe. Also, I've done performances for sympathy calls for the elderly and at nursing homes.
From April 2016 to March 2019 I engaged in truancy and non-curricular educational guidance for young people for Tokiwa city's education consultation coaching department.
Regarding music, it is my hope that I can use it to help all people I meet become happy. You can look forward to some intimate time with music.
