Hello! I'm Miou.
I offer lessons on etiquette training, MC and "speech" training, as well as Tsugaru shamisen lessons.
As I have a broad range of lessons, I would like to introduce them one by one★
I started acting since I was a child (^^♪
As part of this, I have been working as a MC (as in hosting events) for about 20 years.
I have experience as an entertainment show host at aquariums and theme parks, as well as
hosting parties, seminars, business trade shows, press conferences, and even weddings.
I have a wide rage of experience as an event MC!
I have also been teaching how to host events, as well as teaching acting to children for about 10 years.
Therefor, If you...
★Want to become a MC, I can teach you the basics of being a MC and how to deal when you're in the field.
★Don't like your voice or aren't used to speaking in front of others, I can teach you how to speak, and tips on vocalization.
★Are soon-to-be mothers and want to read books aloud to your children, I can teach you tips that help make the story engaging.
In addition, as an etiquette instructor, I also provide business etiquette training for new employees, as well as to receptionist who will be working at showrooms and business exhibitions.
Therefor, if you...
★Are a foreigner working in Japan and are not confident about Japanese Business culture → I can teach you essential manners and etiquettes for working in a Japanese company.
(I have studied in the US, so I can teach in English as well.)
★want to learn business manners → I can teach anyone on business etiquettes that they're unsure about.
e.g. how to formally exchange business cards, how to use honorific language, how to take a phone call, etc.
And finally, my dream of introducing Japanese culture to the world led me to learn the Tsugaru Shamisen from the Hojo School headmaster, Mr. Naoki Hojo for about 15 years.
I succeeded the name of Naose Hojo and is also an official instructor of the Japan Folk Song Society.

★Used to practice and still have a Tsugaru Shamisen lying around the house, or
★Have difficulty going to practice with a heavy musical instrument, or
★Are just starting and want to learn the basics
And so on, I can teach you how to play the tsugaru Shamisen! First, let's focus on learning hwo to play a tune!
For thsi lesson, you must be able to provide your own instrument, but I am happy to discuss and give you advice if you are interested in Tsugaru Shamisen but are unsure about it.
