講師休假中。

Hello!  My name is Gill and I am from Bath, England. I am currently living in Valencia , Spain where I am teaching English, privately and in local language academies.

 

I graduated from the University of Plymouth in 1991 where I got a 2.1 B.Sc (Hons) Geographical Science.  Since 1991, I have worked for many types of companies in a variety of roles including employee training. I have a lot of business experience.

 

My teaching style is relaxed and informal.
I focus on conversational English to develop the skills of speaking and listening.  It is good to have fun in lessons but I will concentrate on increasing your knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and functional language.

Students have many different ways of learning, everyone is different. With this in mind, I create individual lessons to meet each student's specific needs. Materials used may include verbal exercises, real world situations, role playing, and simulating the environment (business, academic, presentations, etc).

 

I am currently in the process of building a new lesson portfolio. If you have a specific subject/topic that you would like to cover please get in touch and I can develop a lesson for you.

 

 

In my free time, I love to read, walk with my dog on the beach and in the mountains and cook delicious food.
