I am a native English speaker and I am able to speak two other proudly South African languages: Afrikaans and Zulu. I have completed my TEFL Certificate so i am fully competent to teach English as a second language. I have a Project Management Certificate which allowed me to have exposure to study after completing my schooling career and I also worked in this industry for a few months which gave me a feel of the actual job. I have had the opportunity of being employed part-time in the medical field at a hospital which has broadened my knowledge on these particular fields that can contribute to discussions with students who have knowledge i n these fields and this also allows me to relate to people in different career paths and adds to my conversational skills. Furthermore I obtained early childcare development experience by volunteering at a kindergarten which has taught me a lot of patience in assisting them with language formation. In all the various work fields i have been exposed to, having a good command of the English language was imperative, not only to communicate effectively with co-workers but also to assist in teaching the basics of learning how to use language
