皆さん、こんにちは！私はハナです。私の家族と一緒にアメリカに住んでいます。5年間英語を教えてきました。教えるのが大好きなので、レッスンを楽しみにしています。
Hello! Let me introduce myself, my name is Hannah and I live in the United States. I love learning new things so I read and study a lot. When I am not studying, you can find me in my garden, or perhaps in the kitchen baking something delicious. I also love spending time with my family. We are physically preparing for a long hiking trip so we have been packing up our hiking gear and hiking on the weekends when the weather is nice.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and a minor in Japanese. I also have a Teaching English as a Foreign Language certificate (TEFL), and am a member of the Cigna Tau Delta International English Honor Society.
I have been teaching ESL students for about 5 years. I have loved languages ever since I was a little girl and studied a handful of foreign languages throughout high school and college. I have been studying Japanese since 2016, and more recently I took on the challenge of learning Korean, so I can relate to how hard learning a second language can be. As I have studied, I have learned some language learning methods that have really helped me study more efficiently and recall the vocabulary and information that I have learned. I can help you use some of these methods. Not every student learns the same way, so I will work with you to help you learn in the most efficient way possible.
My teaching experience includes teaching adults and children both online and in person. I spent a semester teaching adult ESL students at my local university, and taught children ages 3-14 for 2 years online. I have been an English tutor to ESL students both in the United States and in Japan when I lived there for a semester of college. I have always loved working with my students and watching them learn and grow in their abilities. I am looking forward to helping you accomplish your learning goals.
