I'm Jessica, I'm from London and I now live in Swindon, Wiltshire. I have been teaching English for 15 years! I lived and taught English in Osaka, Japan for 4 years and I have been teaching English to adults and children in the UK since 2012, so I've got lots of experience to help your English skills improve!
I am very friendly and love to lead relaxed lessons in which we will have a conversation that encourages you to speak as much as possible in a natural way and at the end of the lesson we will discuss points for improvement based on errors you may have made in a supportive, enjoyable way.
In our classes we can prepare for a specific purpose such as an exam or business presentation, but we can also talk about news, daily situations, hobbies, pop culture - anything you like! I am looking forward to getting to know you!
I am interested in many things, such as dancing, gardening, traveling, drawing, philosophy, psychology, nature, cooking, martial arts, world cultures and many, many more! But I would like to hear what YOU are interested in!
I have a degree in Film from Sussex University, am Oxford TESOL qualified and have taught general English, business English, conversational English, medical English, English for academic purposes and many more.
I teach English in the UK part-time, I am also a professional illustrator and a hula hoop dance teacer, I teach a weekly class where I live and I have students online. I love to share experiences and skills with other people!
