Hello!
I am Yuki, a Spanish freelance translator and fortune-telling counselor.
I was born and raised in Japan, but have been living in Mexico for 11 years.
After working as a banker in Japan, I moved to Mexico to study abroad as a language student on my own, and have lived in Mexico ever since. I have worked as a Japanese teacher and as a Japanese and Spanish interpreter/translator for 6 years in a Japanese manufacturing company in a wide range of departments from manufacturing systems to human resources.
I have been learning Spanish for over 15 years and on-going.
I love traveling, and have been traveling within Japan, enjoying the outdoors, and cycling.
Since moving to Mexico, I have been traveling around the Hawaiian islands of Oahu, Hawaii, and Kauai at the end of the year. Recently, I have been spending time in Kona, which is located on the Big Island of Hawaii, enjoying a relaxing vacation and visiting delicious cafes.
I have been based in Mexico and have visited a variety of countries including Canada, Peru, the U.S., and Thailand! I have traveled in search of new experiences, such as visiting goods shops and enjoying massages in Thailand, enjoying the autumn foliage in Canada, and visiting a Michelin-listed Japanese restaurant in Canada.
In Mexico, I have traveled to Mexico City, Guanajuato, Guadalajara, Oaxaca, Cancun, Los Cabos, and many other areas, enjoying seeing the local food and folk art. I also love Mexican pottery and visit pottery stores everywhere I go, so I can share information with students who are considering traveling to Mexico♪
Recently, I have become obsessed with visiting taco restaurants, and on weekends I go out in search of the best tacos♪
In Cafetalk’s lessons, I would like to help you enjoy your lesson by talking about topics that interest you, such as cities recommended for sightseeing in Mexico, what it’s like living in Mexico, and my story of moving to Mexico after quitting my job as an office worker in Japan.

【About Fortune Telling】
Since moving to Mexico, I have been using tarot reading and Western astrology in my daily life as a tool for self-discovery.
I use fortune-telling not as a means of being right or wrong, but as a means of having more fun and being myself. I started my career as a fortune-telling counselor out of my desire to be of help to those who have problems or need advice.
I would be rejoiced to help as many people as possible to find clues to help them gain confidence, reduce their stress, and find solutions to their problems in work, money, relationship and marriage, etc.
