Información

Hello! I'm Shiho, currently living in Germany.
Learning a language is the beginning of an exciting adventure — why not enjoy that journey together?

[About Me]
During a one-year exchange in Germany, I fell in love with the relaxed and mindful lifestyle here—and eventually made the move! I’m now doing my master's in European Culture and Economy in Germany.

I’m a language lover who has studied English, German, French, Swahili, Russian, and Korean. I’ve travelled to China, Thailand, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Slovenia, Portugal, and Peru.

I’m also passionate about nature—my favourite places are Freiburg in Germany, and Cusco and Huaraz in Peru.

[My Lessons Are Perfect for You If...]

  • You want to learn a language in a fun and enjoyable way
  • You’re interested in (or dreaming about!) living abroad You’re curious about everyday life in Japan
  • You want to practice natural Japanese conversation
If any of these sound like you, I’d love to support your learning journey!

[Background]

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations (Japan)
  • 1-year exchange programme at University of Mainz (Linguistics)
  • Work experience in the hotel industry (front desk, marketing, curation) and market research
  • Completed 420-hour Japanese Teacher Training Course
  • Currently pursuing a master’s in European Culture and Economy in Germany

[Student Demographics]

  • Japanese Language Students: Wide range of ages from 20s to 60s. Beginners often study with English or German support, while advanced learners enjoy discussion-based lessons on various topics.
[My Lesson Style]
  • No set textbooks—if you have materials you'd like to use, we can absolutely include them
  • Lessons are personalized to suit your learning style and pace If you're nervous about free talk, don’t worry—I’ll prepare a simple question sheet to get the conversation going (topics like your hobbies, goals, etc.)
  • I create a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel like you're learning right in the country, while also exploring culture and daily life
I believe in:
  • Learning through fun and excitement
  • Correcting mistakes kindly but clearly (so they don’t become habits!)
  • Repeating and reviewing until you feel confident

[Lesson Types]

  • Japanese Conversation N3–N2 (Free Talk / Easy Japanese)
  • Japanese Conversation N2–N1 (Discussion-based) Language learning starts with the courage to make mistakes! Let’s enjoy the process together and build your confidence step by step.
