Hello, My name is Aqeela and I am currently living in Mauritius.
I am a travel, culture and language enthusiast.
Here is a little background on me; I grew up in England from a young age but I am of Mauritian heritage. Mauritius is an island in the Indian Ocean, previously a French colony then an English colony, now the island is independent.
I have lived and worked in England, France and Mauritius for long periods of time. Besides English, I can speak French fluently. I also dabble a little in Spanish, I am still learning!
I have been working as an online English teacher for almost two years now, teaching children and adults across primarily Europe, Asia and South America. Through this I have developed a passion for teaching and truly enjoy knowledge sharing with people from all over the world.
My lessons are targeted towards learners of all ages/levels. I have been trained to teach from true beginners to advanced students.
If you wish to improve your general English, I strongly recommend taking my 'Blended Learning' lessons. These lessons will focus on helping you with various key points in the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening skills, punctuation & more.
The lessons are designed in a way that blends these various key points allowing you to learn more with your time in one sitting. Feel free to do a trial session to check it out!
