Hello everyone. I am Korean Trainer J. I currently reside in Japan, and I have extensive experience in helping clients successfully lose weight, starting from 3kg to over 10kg, by providing online personal training, offline instruction, and studio lessons. I will do my best to make tough exercises enjoyable while leading you to success! During your lessons, I can assist you in the language of your choice, such as fully in Korean, fully in Japanese, or part Korean and part Japanese.

  • 3. How to properly train your shoulders

Although the instructions will be given mostly in Korean, beginner level Korean learners and those who cannot speak Korean yet are also welcome to join! Come and train with us while watching Trainer J's movements!
