What you need before your first lesson
- PC or smart phone with internet access*
- Ear phone and microphone**
- Web cam (optional, but recommended.)
* Your device must be compatible with Skype.
**Microphone and camera are not required if your computer already has built-in microphone/camera. Microphones are available from 1000 yen.

What id Skype?
「Skype」is a free software application that allows users to make voice and video calls and chat over the internet, and is used globally. All you need is a web cam, headset, and free installation, and you are ready to take lessons from tutors all over the world. The video feature allows the lessons to be more personal and realistic.
