インド　リシケシにてヨガを学びました！Ｉ　ｓｔｕｄｉｅｄ　Ｙｏｇｏ　ｉｎ　Ｉｎｄｉａ

2013年、1か月間インドのリシケシ（ヨガの発祥の地としてヨギーが集まる地）にて、ヨガＴＴＣ200時間を終了してきました。

リシケシという町は、アルコールとお肉が禁止されていて、ヨガ道場にもってこいの地。

毎朝5時からの瞑想と毎日のヨガ生活。

ヨガという哲学を学びました。

ヨガは自分自身と向き合い、リラックスをつくれる方法の1つだと思います。

I stadied Yoga for 1 month　in India in　2013　.

the place that I visited is called the place where Yoga was born.

the town name is Rishikesh .

During 1 month, Meditation started at 5:00AM every day.

I learned Yoga philosoply.

Yoga can make your relax and health.
