Greetings from Vietnam!
It’s my fifth day of a “stay-at-home” order in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.
I’m hanging in there somehow, and I’m learning how to best spend my time inside.
I’ve tried Yoga, meditation, and some other online classes.
I’ve found these online classes great in helping to motivate me to stay healthy
under the current circumstances.
Don’t forget to love one another and smile!
