Hi everyone! I would like to introduce to you this wonderful spice, called 'Turmeric'. It is used a lot in making Indian food and in other dishes from different parts of Asia.
It has amazing medicinal properties and it helps in the prevention of diseases like diabetes, cancer, and heart disease. It is a strong anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory. It is also used in making our teeth, hair, and skin look better.
I like to add a small pinch of turmeric, and honey to green tea or add half a teaspoon to warm milk. Turmeric has a slightly strong taste and when it's mixed with food and drinks, it's easier to have it.
I highly recommend this, especially during the pandemic, when it's very important for all of us to keep our immune systems strong.
