イビとジョンは、クリスマスツリーを探します。。。Finding a Christmas Tree with Eby and John :)

Eby イビ

Hello everyone,

Many students have asked me about American holiday traditions. Please watch the video to enjoy one of my family's favorite holiday traditions in December. :)

Thank you, and we hope you have a wonderful holiday season!

Thank you very much for the wonderful comments, Sakochan! You're absolutely right. . . that tree didn't look very tall, because it was so wide, but once we brought it into our house, we realized how tall it was. :) Yes, there are many different ways to find a Christmas tree in the US, and if you go to a "tree lot," most of the trees have the typical "Christmas tree" shape. . . but that's why my family always preferred going to a tree farm, because we could find a "unique" tree. :)

And I felt happy to see that you really enjoyed choosing your tree with your husband. You looked very happy and lively! Thank you for this amazing video! I'm looking forward to your seminar this weekend, too! (Sorry about this too long comment. I'm so excited to see this video that I can't help but keep writing...)

And the most interesting fact for me was that Christmas trees don't have to have the typical shape! When I see Christmas trees, especially fake ones, they are almost the same shape in different sizes. But yes, it's natural that trees have various shapes! And your Christmas tree this year is really cute! It's a little bit fat so it doesn't look very tall even though it's actually pretty tall.

Wow! This is such an interesting video! Even though I've heard about this event from you in our lessons, my image of a tree farm was a little different. It's really huge place, isn't it? Just looking around to decide which tree you'll cut down seems to be very tiring. But it should be fun so probably you didn't feel tired. (It seems like I can't write a long comment. So I will divide my comment.)
