Hello, everyone How have you been doing these daysIt’s Teacher Asuka.

Today, I’m going to talk about “Asa-katsu”—'The Activities in the morning’. By the way, what time do you usually get up?

People, doing “Asa-katsu” usually spend in the morning not only ‘get up early’, but also tend to ‘do their favorite things’ such as doing some exercises like yoga, reading several books, and checking e-mails over a coffee, cooking delicious breakfast or lunch box and so on.

Moreover, in the morning, some people study something useful for their self-study, some qualification tests, or prepare for their own work. Others listen or read some latest news in English before work. Another people participate in a group at a café to study with or communicate with.

The following episode is known to many people. The former Apple CEO, Mr. Steve Jobs got up at 6:00 and had a meditation. The Successor, Mr. Tim Cook gets up at 4:00, and checks e-mails, or goes to the gym to exercise before work.

The poem above, 'Morning Relay' by Tanigawa Shuntaro

It’s up to us how to have a good time in the morning.

It is said that it’s good for our health to get up early, as you already know.

As above, I could say that having a morning activity brings us a lot of good energy and that could make us happiness throughout a day.

Well…, why don’t you try to get up early in the morning a little more?

Thank you for staying with me as usual!

See you next time.
