新年の挨拶
謹賀新年 皆様にとって2022年はどんな年でしたでしょうか? 色んな大変なことがあった1年ではあったかと思いますが、まずは皆様にCafetalkでお会いできたこと心から感謝しております。2023年は皆様にとって素敵な年になりますように！
ティーパーティー！
シアトルに住んでいた頃、私にはたくさんの「お茶友だち」がいました。私たちは交代で「お茶会」を開くのが好きでした。
シアトルの小さなお茶のコミュニティは、女性より男性の方が多かったのですが、男女比、バックグラウンド、民族性、個人的な信念に関係なく、いつも茶席を囲み、中国茶、台湾茶、日本茶を試飲して楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
そんなシアトルのお茶文化からヒントを得て、お茶会を兼ねたグループ英会話のレッスンが加わります。
オンライン上で、全員がまったく同じお茶を飲むことはできないかもしれませんが、一緒にお茶を飲み、面白い、あるいは楽しい会話をするという経験を共有することは可能です。
詳細は近日中にお知らせします。もうすぐオンライン・スタンバイでお茶会を開くこともあるかもしれませんね。
どんなお茶でも、誰でも大歓迎です。
冬休み
私事で大変申し訳ございませんが、12月30～1月3日＆5日は冬休みを取らせていただきます。皆様も素敵な年末年始をお過ごしください。
価格改定
いつもレッスンを受講してくださっている皆様にお伝えするのは大変心苦しいのですが、2023年よりレッスン授業の価格を改定させていただきます。100～300ポイントの変更をいたします。これまでレッスンを受講してくださった皆様には、2023年1月の授業につきましては、2022年のレッスン料金に同額になるようにクーポンを発行させていただきます。
新しいクラスと最新情報
さて、エキサイティングなニュースです。新しいクラスをいくつか追加し、現在のクラスのいくつかを更新する予定です。
また、あまり受講されていないクラスを1つか2つ手放すかもしれませんが、ご心配なく! しかし、心配しないでください！他の既存クラスの更新と、今後の新しいクラスは、必要とするものを見つけることができるはずです。
もし、学習ニーズに合ったものが見つからなかったら、ぜひ私に教えてください。学習スタイルや目標に合わせて、いつでもクラスをアレンジすることができます。

How was the year 2022 for all of you? I know it has been a year of many challenges, but first of all, I would like to sincerely thank you all for meeting me on Cafetalk.
When I lived in Seattle, I had many “tea friends”. We loved to take turns hosting “tea parties”.
The small tea community in Seattle often had more male interest than female, but no matter what ratio of gender, backgrounds, ethnicities, or personal beliefs, we could always have a good time surrounding a tea table and trying various Chinese, Taiwanese, and Japanese tea.
I am taking inspiration from the Seattle tea culture, and adding a new group English Conversation lesson that is also a tea party!
We may not be able to all share the same exact tea while online, but we can share the experience of drinking tea together and having interesting or fun conversations.
More information will be coming soon. I may even spontaneously throw a tea party on Online Standby soon!
Any tea and anyone is welcome.
I will be taking a winter vacation from December 30th to January 3rd, as well as January 5th. I am so sorry if this is any inconvenience.

Lesson Prices
It pains me greatly to inform all of you who have always taken lessons, but I need to revise the prices of lessons starting in 2023. The change will be 100-300 points.
For those of you who have taken lessons in the past, I will issue a coupon for the January 2023 lessons, so that the price will be the same as the 2022 lesson price.
New Classes & Updates
Now for some exciting news! I will be adding some new classes and updating some of the current classes.
I may also let go of one or two classes that are not being taken much, but don’t worry! The updates to the other existing classes, and the upcoming new classes, should allow you to find what you need.
If you can’t find what you need for your learning needs, please let me know! I can always adapt a class to meet your learning style or goals.
