Hi everyone!
 
Summer is a wonderful season, but these warm days can often cause discomfort and make us more tired. However, with a few simple tips and activities, it is possible to survive the summer heat!
 
In this article, I will give you some tips on how to feel better and I suggest you cool summer activities.
 
 
Keep yourself hydrated:
 
Drink lots of water! Always carry a bottle of water with you and try to drink regularly even if you are not thirsty. Or drink tea, herbal teas, fruit juices, lemonades and orange sodas.

 
Freshen up with cool showers or baths:
 
A cool shower or a refreshing bath can be instant relief during hot days. This way, your body temperature will drop and you will feel better.
 



Outdoor activities:
 
During the hot days, you should do activities in the fresh air. For example, visit museums, art galleries, libraries or cinemas, or you can also indulge in creative indoor hobbies such as painting, reading or sewing. Take a walk in the park, or have a picnic by the lake, or you can go to a public swimming pool.



Eat light and fresh food: 
 
During periods of intense heat, prepare light and fresh meals. Eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, salads, cold dishes. Don't forget to eat lots of ice cream!

 
The summer heat can feel oppressive, but with these tips and activities, you can survive the hottest days and enjoy the summer to its fullest.
