なぜバ－ベキュ－はおいしいの？Why is BBQ so delicious?

戸外（こがい）で食べるバーベキュ－が、なぜおいしいのか、いろいろ言われていますね。
「ソトでたべるから」とか、「みんなで、食べるから」とか　「パパが作るから」なんて声もありますか？
実は、「炭火（すみび）で焼くから」と私は思っています。
日本には、「焼き鳥」とか　「鰹（かつお）のたたき」とか、有名な炭火料理がありますが、食通（しょくつう）はその「炭」にもこだわって、最高級（さいこうきゅう）の「備長炭（びんちょうたん）」で焼くと言われます。今でも、炭焼きを趣味（しゅみ）にして楽しんでいる方もいるくらいです。柔らかい炭火でじっくり焼いた「やきとり」は夏の料理の定番（ていばん）ですね。
