We always rise at 6 am normally the time the sun rises here in Hua Hin Thailand, I am so lucky to live close to the sea about 1/2 a km. If the tide is out we do a beach walk for 30 or so minutes, good chance to say Hi to friends and regulars who live nearby. Good to clear the cobwebs out and relax before Teaching online. Gives purpose to the day that you have achieved or done something active.
