Apple pie〜アップルパイ〜

みなさん、こんにちは。

秋が近づくとりんごをたくさん目にしますね。
お菓子作りが好きなわたしは、りんごを使ったお菓子を作るのが好きです。
As autumn approaches, we see a lot of apples around. I love baking, and I enjoy making desserts using apples.

アップルパイと言っても世界の各地でよく作られ、多様なレシピが存在するそうです。
ひとえにアップルパイといっても、生地やりんご、味付けなど、地域によって特徴がみられるそうです。
Apple pie is made in many places around the world, and there are diverse recipes. Even though it’s simply called apple pie, the crust, the apples, and the seasoning can vary by region.

好きなアップルパイの1つはフランスの「タルト・タタン」。
作ると達成感を味わえるし、酸味が効いていてたくさん食べられる魅惑的なケーキです♪

One of my favorite apple pies is the French "Tarte Tatin." It gives me a sense of accomplishment when I make it, and its tangy flavor makes it an irresistible cake that I can eat a lot of!
