Have you had knafa before?

Mo Reemawi

Knafa is a sweet dish made of Traditionally Nabulsi or Akkawi cheese, meticulously soaked and rinsed to remove the salt while retaining its signature elasticity. and on top you have minced vermichelli and pistachios.

When that warm, glowing slice is lifted, glistening with qatr(sugar syrup) and crowned with a bright dusting of crushed green pistachios, it isn't just a dessert. It is a celebration of hospitality, a piece of heritage, and the sweetest taste of home.

Pour a cup of bitter, cardamom-infused Arabic coffee and take a bite.
