Hello, World!

Hi everyone! I am new here, but that does not mean I am new teacher. In fact, I have been teaching English in Japan for the last 21 years. My name is Todd Lowrey and I am a Canadian expat living in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan. My wife and I built a house and raised our two children here. Now my son is off to college in Canada by himself and my daughter has two years left in her high school journey. In my time teaching here, I have been focused mostly on teaching English in companies because I have a lot of interest in the world of business and enjoy learning more in a practical way. That being said, I have also taught in eikaiwa, so I experienced teaching many ages and I have even done some voice recording for a yobiko based here. I enjoy new challenges, so if there is something that you want to learn, reach out to me and I can try to design a lesson around your request. I am looking forward to meeting some new students, so don't be shy!
