You will support users from all over the world, residing in more than 130 countries, who want to learn all kinds of things. Responding to inquiries by phone, chat system, and email (in Japanese, English, or other languages)
・Create guidelines for Cafetalk and related services.
・Event support, planning and management
・We support anything else you want to do, depending on your ideas.
Korean level: native or advanced (business level speaking, reading and writing) Japanese level: fluent (native speakers are also welcome)
Basic PC skills
Interested in learning languages and willing to acquire new skills
Wanting to work in an international environment
Experience (or strong interest) in planning and organizing events
Language skills other than the above language (English)
Experience in social media management
Experience writing blogs, articles, etc.
Basic HTML knowledge
Longer than 6 months
Shibuya Office, Tokyo, Japan / remote
*Priority will be given to those who can come to our office in Tokyo.
2-3 days per week, 4-5 hour shifts
Hourly wage negotiable
