Welcome to Level 1: Unit 9 – My Week in the Step-by-Step English Course for children aged 4–9. In this fun, structured unit (Pre-A1 CEFR), learners explore the seven days of the week, describe their weekly habits, and learn to ask and answer questions about daily life.

With visual aids, catchy songs, relatable stories, and international culture comparisons, your child will grow in vocabulary, grammar, and confidence while learning to describe their own schedule and compare it with children around the world!

Vocabulary:
Monday–Sunday, week, day, park, basketball, football/soccer, tennis, TV, sport, game, hobby, fun, boring, sports kit, bus, sick, wear, not, today, Japan, Saudi Arabia

Grammar:
✔ It is Monday / Let’s go…
✔ I play… on Saturdays
✔ Do you…? / Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.
✔ Does he/she…? / Yes, he does. / No, she doesn’t.
✔ Simple negative sentences with “not”
✔ Frequency expressions and weekly habits

Speaking:
✔ Describing your weekly routine
✔ Answering yes/no questions
✔ Talking about global school schedules

Reading & Culture:
✔ Story: What Day Is It?
