Before the request is confirmed:
Cancellations can be made at any time.

After the request is confirmed:

 

  • More than 24 hours before the lesson start time:
    Cancellations are allowed at any time without charge.

  • Less than 24 hours before the lesson start time:
    100% of the lesson fee will be charged.

  • No-show:
    100% of the lesson fee will be charged.
