Learn the basics of Japanese through Genki! From "konnichiwa" to kanji, we'll cover what you need to give you a solid foundation for the next level!
课程介绍
This course is targeted for new learners of Japanese from absolute beginner to those already having an understanding of basic grammar. Includes instruction in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Hiragana, katakana, and basic kanji will be covered.
We'll evaluate what your goals are from the first lesson and decide how to proceed from there! If you want to brush up your speaking skills because you're traveling to Japan soon, we'll work on essential phrases. If you love kanji and want to learn more, we'll explore them to your heart's content!
We will use the Genki I textbook as a guide for lesson content and practice, but you are not expected to purchase the textbook. While it is an excellent aid, there are free online resources connected to the textbook that will work well as exercises!
