Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 4 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 4 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 3 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 30 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.

Descrizioni

his is a great lesson for those who simply want to practice speaking English with a native speaker and also practice their listening comprehension in turn! It's important to practice speaking and listening English everyday in order to be able to speak fluently. I will usually start by asking you about how your day has been and whether you have any plans etc. but after that we can talk about anything you like! Of course, speaking at your own pace is important to allow one to relax, so speaking slowly is not a problem at all! As we talk, if I hear any grammatical mistakes or phrases that sound unnatural, I will try to point these out to you without disrupting the flow of the conversation. I will also try to teach you new vocabulary and phrases that you can use to describe the topics we are talking about! I believe this way students are able to make their English much more natural sounding, by imitating the kind of conversations that natives have with each other each day. I'm looking forward to speaking about many different things with you all! :)

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
