Lesson Pack Details

- This is a lesson pack of 10 lessons in total. When you send the request for the first lesson, points for all 10 lessons will be deducted at once.
- Once the tutor confirms the first request, “100% OFF coupons” that can be used for the remaining 9 requests will be issued automatically.
- You can use these coupons to send requests for the remaining lessons.
- The validity period for this lesson pack is 45 days starting from the scheduled date and time of the first confirmed lesson.

Even if the first scheduled lesson is canceled, the already set validity period will not change.
You can check the lesson pack’s validity period on the Request > Lesson Pack page.

みんなの日本語の教科書を持っている方向けのレッスンパックになります。
This lesson pack is for students who have Minnna no Nihongo textbook.

短期間で初級者を抜け出す為の1つの手段としてご利用ください。
For those students who want to improve their Japanese in a short term would be good to take this lesson pack.

45日内に50分×10回のレッスンを受けられる方、宿題があっても大丈夫な方向けです。
This is only for students who have a time to take 10 lessons within 45days and are ok with doing homework.

文法を覚えるだけではなく、スピーキングもリスニングも同時に上達させましょう！
Not only learning grammar, but also let's improve speaking and listening skills.

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.
