For the beginners, you might just want to understand what is psychology and how it can help you deal with the people around. I had the same dilemma when I selected this course for my higher studies. Psychology helps to study the human behaviors and its a guideline to lead a healthy life. It helps to learn  a way to understand ourselves better, learn, train and motivate ourselves towards the necessary healthy steps for a healthy living. This can be a very resourceful subject to study as it is very fascinating to study the human behaviors.
