Let's talk about our cultures, cultural differences, religion, belief systems, and Food of different countries

Let's talk about our differences and similarities. I love culture. Culture is what makes us human, and as different as we are through the conditioning of our culture, it somehow brings us closer together; as one race. The human race.
I myself am an amalgamation of different cultures. My ancestors are of mixed European descent; British, Dutch, German & French. I was born in South Africa, a country of 11 official languages meaning an extremely wide array of cultures. I am a living, walking, talking product of colonialism, sadly. Luckily, I have learnt to love, respect and study different cultures their languages and what makes them so unique. I have travelled extensively around South East Asia and my husband is half Japanese. Although I do not know much about Japanese culture, we do love Japanese food. I would love to learn more about your culture as I share more about mine. This can include age-old traditions as well as new age culture.
I am excited to share, learn and chat about different cultures and food from across our globe! Let's enjoy a cup of coffee together as we chat about our similarities and differences!
