初心者の方にも分かりやすいよう、身体の使い方や呼吸がどのように使われるのかを確認しながら、ひとつひとつのポーズをゆっくりと行います。

身体と心の繋がりを意識する事で、本来の機能を取り戻して快適な状態になっていきます。


初心者の方向けのベーシックな内容です。

ゆっくりと練習を行いたい際にオススメです。

※お食事は、レッスン開始2時間前までにお済ませください。

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.

Before request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 24hours before lesson start time.→ 50% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
